Please provide written authorisation to another individual to arrange the modification on your behalf if you are unable to access the vehicle. We request that you promptly pass on the contents of the letter to the person authorised to act on your behalf.
No, modifications for the Safety Recall or Service Campaign will be free of charge. AMH Products will pay the repairer directly.
Yes, please schedule the modification with your preferred repairer and have the repairer contact us directly for authorisation and repair instructions
Yes, AMH Products have identified an issue that risks injury or damage. This is why the Safety Recall or Service Campaign is being conducted. It’s important that these modifications are carried out as soon as possible.
Please let us know the name and contact details of the purchaser so we can issue them with a letter. Alternatively, please pass the letter to the new purchaser to advise them on the outstanding Safety Recall or Service Campaign. If the vehicle is written off, please let us know so we can remove the vehicle from the Safety Recall or Service Campaign.
